Foundations of International Tax Compliance and Forms
This course is designed as basic level course but can also serve as a refresher for more advanced international tax professionals. The objectives of this course are to review all of the main international tax filing obligations for US persons but to also identify the key ‘triggers’ of filing requirements of the forms. The instructor will review the most relevant forms such as international tax filing obligations for US persons, e.g., Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 3520, 8938, FinCEN 114 etc. There will be case examples and Q&A available. Instructors: Isabel Goldberg, CPA- International Tax Partner and Kyle Hitchcock, JD, LLM, will walk the participants through each form and usage.
